Menstrual safety and hygiene are the major problems faced by the girls in the tribal area. This is due to various reasons such as lack of information, superstitions, unaffordable branded sanitary pads, and most of the time unavailability of the pads. We have launched a project - 'अस्मिता' which tries to overcome the above problems by making provision for pads by installing Sanitary pad vending machines at Z.P schools.
The advantages of this machine are -

- 3. Eco-friendly disposal of used pads.
